Drew was a superb chef . We all loved his dedication, commitment & attention to detail .  Our favourite was the Christmas dinner, it was amazing ! Drew was always friendly and helpful from the moment of the first contact, until meeting him in the chalet . Thanks Drew for a fantastic week & for helping us contact emergency service when our grandson became unwell. We would definitely recommend him.

Drew is an outstanding Chef. We were a party of 6 children and 6 adults. Everyday there was breakfast delivered and a variety of nutrious and hearty evening meals cooked onsite for the children with deserts that brought them sheer delight! Then after the children’s bed time Drew cooked 4 courses every night. Every day was different, hand picked high end ingredients cooked to an exceptionally high standard. He even cooked a 5 course meal for the Birthday celebrations of one of the adults and baked a cake, with candles! Accompanying Wines were well thought through each day. With a mixed English and French party of friends we were all delighted. Drew cleared up every night was always punctual, he is also a font of all knowledge on the area. If you need an exceptionally talented, really likeable, discreet and trustworthy Chef for your break...look no further. Top class beginning to end. The ladies certainly missed you Drew when we all got back to our kitchens. Thank you from all of us. You made it very special and we will be back!

After a stunning beef stroganoff on our first night...the standards never dropped. Managed to cater for our young ones (even coaxing them to eat things they'd previously shunted to the side of the plate with a grimace- that could be my cooking!). Treated us adults to some real gems....from stunning watercress soups to spicy lamb cassoulets. Fabulous, friendly service.

Top of the list was Drew, the chef.  His food was out of this world - I haven't eaten as well anywhere.  He catered for the children separately, understanding their tastes were different to the adults.  As for the adults - we all thought we were partaking in Masterchef.   
The breakfasts were fabulous with everything you could think of being produced.  Evening meal was a 3-course dinner every night - and as I  
have already said was of a superb standard.  Drew himself was such a pleasant person and fitted in well with our group.

Drew and his team provided all the catering for our wedding which included our incredible croquembouche wedding cake. His service was professional and efficient, his food was second to none. We had nothing but compliments from all our guests. He left our venue in immaculate condition, with an abundance of left overs in the fridge. I can not recommend him highly enough.

Thanks for everything last week.  The whole family, including the “teenagers”, thoroughly enjoyed your cooking and service.  The food was varied, well thought out and spot on for a ski holiday.  We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to other people looking for private catering in the Morzine area.   We hope we can talk you in to coming to Costa Brava to cook for us when we are there over there this summer.

I can’t believe that another week has gone by for you and you are preparing for the next arrival of guests yet we have not yet thanked you for helping us to have such a fantastic holiday. The food was A M A Z I N G and probably the best chalet food we have ever had. You were both lovely and nothing appeared to be too much trouble, whether it was booking restaurants for us, accommodating our dietary requests or additional shopping without prompting.
