rI am taking some time out from my role as a private chef in Morzine to travel from Croatia to China. Prior to this I have also spent some time recently working on luxury hotel barges in Burgundy, Languedoc and on the Rhone. So the purpose of the blog is to record the experiences throughout these culinary regions. I'm looking forward to attack on the senses, the tastes, smells and also sight of markets, restaurants and street food foreign to my home in the Alps, and culinary training in the UK. I hope to take on new skills, ideas, and add to my repertoire along the way.
